151 &.a Whereupon the said Attorney of the said Lord Proprietary for the same Lord Proprietary prayeth the Advice of the Court here in the premisses and that due process of Law in this part may be made against the said Thomas Pingally to answer unto the said Lord Proprietary of and upon the premisses &.a Thereupon Command was given to the sheriffe of Somerset County that he should take the said Thomas Pingelly if he should be found in his bailywick and him should safe keep so that he might have his body here Immediately before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset now sitting at dividing Creek to answer unto his said Lordship of the Information &.c And afterwards to witt the same day and year above mentioned Came here before his Lordship Justices the said Thomas Pingelly in his proper person and had a hearing of the Information and saith that he Cannot deny but that he is Guilty of the premisses in the Information specified above upon him Imposed in manner and form as by the Information above against him supposed and the premisses in the Information af.d expressly acknowledgeth Whereupon all and Singular the premisses being seen and by the Court here fully understood It is Considered by the Court here that the af.d Thomas Pingelly pay unto his Lordship the right Honourable the Lord Proprietary of maryland for his fine by the Court here upon him Imposed for and by Occasion of the premisses af.d whereof in form af.d he is Convict five shillings Currt money of maryland and that the said Thomas Pingelly be taken to satisfie his Lordship of the fine af.d &.a Whereupon the said Thomas Pingelly is ordered to give Good Security for the payment of all fee or fees due on the Information af.d to any person or persons whatsoever Thereupon a Certain Samuel Mills of Somerset County planter present herein Court in his proper person undertook for the said Thomas Pingelly for the payment of all Fee or fees due on the Information af.d to any person or persons whatsoever in Case the said Thomas Pingelly doth not pay the same &.a Whereupon the said Thomas Pingelly is ordered to give security for his Good behaviour and appearance at November Court next Thereupon the af.d Thomas Pingelly with the af.d Samuel Mills of Somerset County planter his security both present herein Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary in twenty pounds Current money each of their bodys goods or Chattles Lands or tenements severally to be made and Levied to the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors If it happen that the said Thomas Pingelly doe not make his personall appearance at the next Court to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of November then next Following to answer unto his |
