his said Lordship of all such matters and things as should be then and there objected against him on his
said Lordships behalf and do not stand and abide the Judgment of the Court thereupon and do depart the
same Court without Leave and in the mean time if he be not of the good behaviour toward his said Lordship
and all his good people &.a

And Now to witt the Eighteenth day of August Anno Dom one thousand seven

hundred and forty one at a Court held at dividing Creek in and for the County
af.d before his Lordships Justices Came a Certain George Taylor in his proper person according to a Certain
Recognizance by him and his securitys in that part first acknowledged and prays that his appearance may
be recorded and he and his securitys accordingly discharged &.a

                Thereupon the said George Taylors appearance is Recorded and he and his securitys discharged
          Whereupon the said George Taylor is ordered to give new Recognizance for his appearance before his
Lordships Justices at the next Court to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of November then next
Following to answer unto such matters and things as should be then and there objected against him
on hs said Lordships behalfe &.a

                   Thereupon the said George Taylor with Joseph Nicholson of Somerset County planter
    his security both present herein Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto
his Lordship the right Honourable the Lord Proprietary in twenty pounds Currt money each of their
bodys goods or Chattles Lands or tenements severally to be made and Levied to the use of his said
Lordships his heirs and Successors  If it happen that the said George Taylor doe not make his
Personall appearance at the next to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of November then next
Following to answer unto his said Lordship of all such matters and things as should be then and
there objected against him on his said Lordships behalf and do not stand and abide the Judgment of
the Court thereupon and doe depart the same Court without Leave and in the mean time if he be not
of the good behaviour toward his said Lordship and all his good people and more Especially towards
a Certain Archibald McNeal &a

Sheweth that your worships was pleased to give us an Order for a Road from M.r Stevensons through
Copomco which your petitioners has workt verey hard on the said Road According to our Overseers directions
this Spring M.r John Purnall has Stopt and fenced Across it this Road may it please your worships
was mad^e^ use of before your Order these forty years past both for Cart and horse but now we have no way to Church mill nor
