149 Thereupon it is Commanded the Sheriffe of the County aforesaid that he Should take the said Katherine Wileman if &.c to answer &a And now to witt att that same Court held for the County aforesaid at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of march being the seventeenth day of the Same month Ann Dom One thousand seven hundred and forty abovesaid before the aforesaid Justices Came the aforesaid Katherine Wileman in her proper person according to a Certain Recognizance by her and her Securitys in that part first acknowledged and had a hearing of the Indictment afd and say that she is not ^thereof^ Guilty and of this she puts herselfe upon the Country and Robert Jenckins Henry Gentleman his Lordships attorney who for his said Lordship in this part followeth in Like manner Thereupon Command is given to the Sheriffe of Sommerset County that he Should Cause to Come here before his Lordships Justices at the next Court to be held at dividing Creek in and for the County aforesaid the third Tuesday of June then next following Twelve &.a by whom &.a and who nither &.a to Recognize &.a and the same day is given to ^as well the afd Robert Jenckins Henry Gent who &.a as^ the aforesaid Katherine here &.a Whereupon Came here into Court a Certain John Wileman and Thomas Lambden of Somerset County Gentlemen and undertook for the same Katherine Wileman and acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the Right honou.ble the Lord prory in ten pounds Sterling money Each of their bodys goods or Chattles Lands or tenements Severally to be made and Levied to the Use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors If it happen that the said Katherine Wileman do not make her personall appearance at the next Court to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of June then next following to answer unto his said Lordship of the Indictment afd and do not stay and abide the Judgment of the Court thereupon and do depart the Same Court without Leave and in the mean time if she be not of the good behaviour &a Att which day here before his Lordships Justices Came the aforesaid Katherine Wileman in her proper person according to a Certain Recognizance by her and her securitys in this part first acknowledged as the afd Robert Jenckins Henry Gent who for his said Lordship in this part prosecuteth and the Sheriffe Sends not thereof his writt &.a therefore as before it is Commanded the aforesaid Sheriffe that he should Cause to Come before his said Lordships Justices at the next Court to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of August then next Following Twelve &.a to recognize in form afd &.a and the same day is given ^as well to the afd Rob.t Jenckins Henry &.a as^ to the aforesaid Katherine here &.a Whereupon Came here into Court the aforesaid John Wileman and Thomas Lambden of Sommerset County Gent and undertook for the said Katherine Wileman and acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the Right Honrble the Lord proprietary in ten pounds Sterling Each of their bodys goods or Chattles Lands or tenements Severally to be made and Levied to the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors If it happen that the said Katherine Wildman doe not make her personall appearance before his Lordships Justices at the next Court to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of August then next Following to answer unto his said Lordship of the Indictment aforesaid and doe not stay and abide the Judgment of the Court thereupon and doe depart the same Court without Leave and in the mean time if she be not of the good behaviour &a Att which day here Came before his Lordships Justices Came the aforesaid Katherine Wileman in her proper person according to a Certain Recognizance by her and her Securitys in that part first acknowledged as the afd Robert Jenckins Henry Gentleman his Lordships attorney who for his said Lordship in this part prosecuteth and the Jurors of that Jury by the Sheriffe of the County afd to this Impannelled to witt John Waters, William Turpin, Isaac Marshall, Jonathan Bounds Bowdine Robins, Samuel Jones, Joseph Tillman, Solomon Hitch, Joshua Sturgiss, Thomas Peal, Peter Taylor and John Atkinson being |
