148 aforesaid and saith that he Cannot deny but that he is Guilty of the premisses aforesaid in the presentment aforesaid specified in manner and form as by the presentment aforesaid above against him supposed and the premisses aforesaid in the presentment afd expressly acknowledgeth and puts himselfe upon the favour of the Court &a Whereupon all and Singular the premisses being seen and by the Court here fully understood It is Considered by the Court here that the aforesaid Francis Tate pay unto his ^said^ Lordship the Right honourable the Lord Proprietary five pounds Currant money of Maryland for his fine by the Court hereupon him Imposed for and by Occasion of the premisses aforesaid whereof in form aforesaid he is Convict &a and thereupon the said Francis Tate is Committed into the Custody of the Sheriffe of the County aforesaid thereto remaine untill the fine of five pounds Curr.t money afd and all fee or fees due to any person or persons whatsoever on the presentment afd be paid or Secured to be paid &a
Thereupon the said Henry Walston's appearance is Recorded and he and his security discharged Whereupon the said Henry Walston is Ordered to give new recognizance for his appearance before his Lordships Justices at the next Court to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of November then next Following to answer his Committing of fornication with a Certain Mary Miles &c Thereupon the said Henry Walston with Robert King of Somerset County Gent both present here in Court in their proper persons Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the Right Honrble the Lord proprietary in twenty pounds Curr.t money of their bodys goods or Chattles lands or tenements severally to be made and Levied to the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors If it happen that the said Henry Walston doe not make his personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of November then next Following and do not Answer unto his said Lordship of and Concerning his Committing of fornication with a Certain Mary Miles and do not stand and abide the Judgment of the Court thereupon and doe depart the same Court without Leave &c
that Katherine Wildman wife of John Wildman of all hollows parish in the said County of Sommerset planter the fifth day of february in the Year of Our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and forty and many Other days and times as well before as after at the Town of Snow hill at the parish afd in the County afd and at divers other places in the County afd was and still is a Common Scold as well with her neighbours as with others the Leige Subjects of Our Sovereign Lord the King by which the good people of Our said Lord the King are much molested Inquieted and disturbed against the peace of the Right Honrble the Lord proprietary that now is his good Rule and Government &a Thereupon |
