144 proper persons as af.d Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his said Lordship the Lord proprietary in forty pounds Curr money of Maryland of their bodys goods or Chattles Lands or tenements Severally to be made and Levied to the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors If it happen that the said William Porter do not keep good rules and orders and do Suffer Idle loar and disorderly persons to tipple game or Commit disorders or other Irregularities in his ordinary or house of Entertainment during the time that he shall keep the Same Contrary to the true intent and meaning of the act of Assembly in such Case made & provided &c Pursuant to an act of assembly of the province of Maryland now in force the Justices of Sommerset County in Court Judicially Sitting did assess the Rates and prices of Lyquors and other accomodations in firm following vizt
