Avery Morgin

To the Worshipfull Justices of Somerset County in Court now Sitting  The petition of Avery Morgin humbly Sheweth
that whereas the bounds of a tract of Land Called Assateague field in possession of John Crapper is gon to decay and the
bounds of a tract of Land Called Spring Gardin in possession of the petitioner depends upon the af.d bounds your petitioner Humbly prays
your worships may Nominate Commissioners to Examine Evidences in relation to the said bounds and your petitioner as in duty bound
doth pray                                                                                                                                                            Avery Morgin
                   The petition af.d being read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon had   It is Considered by the Court
here that a Commission Issue to the af.d Avery Morgin as by the petition af.d is praid  And that John Evans John Newbold Edward Franklin &
Joseph Miller of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the same COmmission According to Act of Assembly in such Case made &
provided &c


Nathaniel Roach

To the worshipfull Justices of Somerset County now in Court sitting The humble petition of Nathaniel Roach
Sheweth that your petitioner haveing a tract of Land Called Sailsbury plain which is uncertain to bounds your petitioner
therefore humbly prays that the your worships will Grant him a Commission and appoint ^him^ Commissioners to Examine Evidences in relation to
the bounds of the said tract of Land or of any other tract of Land on which the bounds of the same may depend & your petitioner shall as in
duty bound for you Ever pray

                            The petition being read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon had  It is Considered by the Court
here that a Commission Issue to the af.d Avery Morgin as by the petition af.d is praid and that David Wilson Sam.ll Wilson John Waters &
W.m Turpin of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the same Commission According to Act of Assembly in such Case made &
provided &c


Francis Brooks

To the Worshipfull Justices of Somerset County now Sitting the petition of Francis Brookes humbly Sheweth that
whereas your petition is poor aged and Lame and not able to support my family Humbly prays your worships to discharge
me from paying Leveys and your petitioner as in duty bound shall pray

                   The petition af.d being read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon had  It is Considered by the Court here that
the af.d Francis Brooks be for the future tax free as by the petition af.d is praid &c


William Porter
Lycence & Recognizance
William Porter of Somerset County Inholder Came here into Court in his proper person and prays that he may be
permitted to keep an ordinary or house of Entertainment at his own house at snowhill in the County af.d for the use and
Conveniency of the Inhabitants travellers and Strangers as to them respectively shall seem meet which is by the Court hereunto him granted he
giveing Security to Comply with the Act of Assembly in such Case made and provided &c

                      Whereupon the said William Porter with Richard Sturgiss and John Fleming of Somerset County planters his Securitys
all present here in Court in their proper persons Acknowledged themselves to be held Indebted unto his Lordship the right Honrble the Lord
proprietary of Maryland in the full and just Sum of Five pounds Curr.t money of said province of their bodys goods or Chattles Lands or tenements
Severally to be made and Levied to the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors if it happen that that the said William Porter doe not
pay and Satisfie unto the sheriffe of the County af.d for the time being fifty shillings Curr.t money of the province af.d yearly and Every
year he shall keep such ordinary or house of Entertainment as af.d &c

                   Likewise the same William Porter with the af.d Richard Sturgiss and John Flemming his Securitys af.d all present here in Court in their
