Humbly prays that your worships will Grant him a Commission and appoint Commissioners to Examine Evidences in relation to the bounds thereof and your petitioner shall as in duty for you Ever pray The petition af.d being read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon had It is Considered by the Court here that a Commission Issue to the af.d William Turpin as by the petition af.d is praid and that John Waters William Waters Nicholas Fountain and Thomas Sehon of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission According to Act of Assembly in such Case made and provided &c
a Commission and appoint Commissioners to Examine Evidences in relation to the bounds thereof of any other Lands on which the bounds of the said Land may depend and your petitioner shall as in duty bound for you Ever pray The petition af.d being read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon had It is Considered by the Court here that a Commission Issue to the af.d William McClemmy as by the petition af.d is praid and that George Gale Thomas Browne Joseph Gillisse and Panthur Laws of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the same Commission According to Act of Assembly in such Case made and provided &c Walter Darby of Somerset County planter brings a negro boy here into Court named Jack and prays that the Court would adjudge ^how old^ the said negro Jack was at this day &.a Whereupon the said negro Jack is adjudged by the court here to be of the age of fifteen Years &a Walter Darby of Somerset County planter brings a negro Girl here into Court named Dinah and prays that the Court would adjudge ^how old^ the said negro Dinah was at this day &c Whereupon the said negro Dinah is adjudged by the Court here to be of the age of twelve years &c
prays that your worships would be pleased to allow him some thing toward his support and that he may be Cleared for the futer from paying any Leaveys and your petitioner as in duty bound shall Ever pray The petition af.d being read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon had It is Considered by the Court here that the af.d Richard Sanders be for the future tax free as by the petition af.d is praid &c |
