before Convicted or not who saith that he is   Therefore the said Francis Tate is Committed to the prison of
the aforesaid Sheriffe ^thereto remain in safe Custody^ untill the aforesaid Joseph Ennalls of the debt and damages aforesaid should be
satisfyed and Contented &a

   Patrick Kersie
    Command was given to the Sheriffe of Somerset County that he should take Patrick
Kersey Late of Somerset County planter al.s dict Patrick Kersey of Dorchester County
in the province of Maryland planter if he should be found in his bailywick and him should safe keep so
that he might have his body before the Justices of his Lordship County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the Third Tuesday
of June Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and forty one to satisfie Joseph Ennalls as well a Certain debt of Tenn pounds
nineteen shillings and six pence Curr.t money of Maryland which the same Joseph Ennalls in his Lordships County Court of
Somerset at dividing Creek recovered against him as of one hundred and ninety Seven pounds of tobacco which to the same Joseph
Ennalls in the same Court were adjudged for his damages which he had by Occasion of the detention of that same debt whereof
he is Convict &c  And the same day is given to the af.d Joseph here &c

                                  Att which day here Came the af.d Joseph Ennalls by Francis Allen his Attorney and the sheriffe of Somerset County
(to witt) John Handy Gent now at the same day now here returned that he had taken the af.d Patrick Kersey whose body here at
this day he had ready to satisfie the af.d Joseph of the debt and damages af.d as to him it was Commanded &c


pse  Edmond Hough

Command was given to the sheriffe of Somerset County that he should take John Powel late of Somerset
County planter otherwise Called John Powell of the af.d County planter if he should be found in  his bailywick
and him should safe keep so that he might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court
of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of June Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and forty one to
Satisfie Edmond Hough as well a Certain debt of Twenty five pounds Eight shillings and four pence Curr.t money of maryland
which the same Edmund Hough in his Lordships County Court of Somerset at dividing Creek recovered against him of two hundred
and ninety seven pounds of tobacco which to the same Edmond Hough in the same Court were adjudged for his damages which
he had by Occasion of the detention that same debt whereof he is Convict &.c and the same day is give to the af.d Edmund here &c

                      Att which day here Came the af.d Edmund Hough in his proper person and the sheriffe of Somerset County (to witt)
John Handy Gent at the same day now here returned that he had taken the af.d John Powell whose body hereat this day he had ready
to satisfie the af.d Edmund of the debt and damages af.d as to him it was Commanded
