the third Tuesday of June Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and forty one to satisfie Joshua Caldwell of Eleven hundred
and seventy four pounds of tobacco which to the same Joshua Caldwell in the same Court before his said Lordships Justices at
dividing Creek were adjudged for his damages which he had by occasion of a Certain promise and assumption by the same Alexa
to the said Joshua Caldwell made and not performed whereof he is Convict &c and the same day is given to the af.d Joshua here &a

                            Att which day here Came the af.d Joshua Caldwell in his proper person and the sheriffe to witt John Hand Gent
now here returned that he had taken the af.d Alexander McCants whose body here at this day he had ready to satisfie the af.d Joshua
Caldwell of the damages af.d as to him it was Commanded

    Command was given to the Sheriffe of Somerset County that he should Take Francis Porter

late of Somerset County planter if he Should be found in his Bailywick and him ^should^ safe keep so that
                   he might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing
Creek the third tuesday of June Anno Dom One thousand Seven hundred and forty One to Satisfie John Wildman of Two
pounds five Shillings Currant money of Maryland and three hundred and Seventy pounds of tobacco which to the same John
Wildman in his Lordships County Court of Somerset before the Justices thereof were adjudged for his damages which he had
by Occasion of a Certain promise and assumption to the same John Wildman made and not performed whereof he is Convict
&c
                               Att which day here Came the aforesaid John Wildman in his proper person and the Sheriffe of Somerset
County to witt John Handy Gent at the same day now here Returned that he had Taken the aforesaid Francis Porter whose
body here at this day he had ready to Satisfie the afd John of the damages afd as to him it was Commanded

                      You Francis Porter and Saul Townsend do Confess Judgment to John Wildman for the sum of two pounds
five shillings Curr.t money of Maryland and three hundred and Seventy pounds of tobacco which sum was recovered by the said John
Wildman against Francis Porter on the 17 day of March 1740 in the County Court the said two pounds five shillings and three pence
hundred and seventy pounds of tobacco to be levied on your bodys goods and Chattles Lands or tenements for the use of the said John
Wildman in Case the said Francis Porter shall not pay and satisfie to the said John Wildman the said two pounds five shillings and
three hundred and seventy pounds of tobacco so as af.d recovered against him with the additionall Costs thereon on the tenth day
of November next Taken before us this thirteenth day of may 1741                                             Jn.o Scott

    Command was given to the Sheriffe of Somerset County that he Should Take Heber Whittingham
late of Somerset County Inholder otherwise Called Heber Whittingham of the af.d County and province if he
should be found in his bailywick and him should safe keep so that he ^might^ have his body before the Justices
of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of June Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred
and forty one to satisfie Peter Taylor as well a Certain Debt of fifteen pounds which the same Peter Taylor in his Lordships County
Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek recovered against him as of four hundred and fifty six pounds of tobacco which to the
same Peter Taylor in the same Court were adjudged for his damages which he had by occasion of the detention of that same debt
