        John Evans

    Command was given to the Sheriffe of Somerset County that he Should take John Evans
Late of Somerset County planter al.s dict John Evans of Somerset County in the province of Maryland
                         if he should be found in his bailywick and him should safe keep so that he might have his body before the Justices
of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of June Anno Dom One thousand
Seven hundred and Forty One to Satisfie Joseph Ennalls as well a Certain debt of Two Thousand four hundred pounds of
Tobacco on a landing at Tipquin which to the same Joseph in his said Lordships County Court of Sommerset at dividing
Creek Recovered against him as of Two hundred and Ninety Seven pounds of tobacco which to the same Joseph in the Same
Court were adjudged for his damages which he has by Occasion of the detention of that same debt whereof the Same John
is Convict and the Same day is given to the aforesaid Joseph here &c

                         Att Which day here Came the aforesaid Joseph Ennalls by Francis Allen his attorney and the Sheriffe of
Somerset County to witt John Handy Gent at the Same day now here returned that he had Taken the afd John Evans whose
body here at this day he had ready to Satisfy the aforesaid Joseph of the debt and damages afd as him it was Commanded

     Command was given to the Sherrife of Sommerset County that he Should take
John Evans Late of Somerset County Planter Al.s dict John Evans of Somerset County

his body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the
third tuesday of June Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and forty one to Satisfie Joseph
Ennalls as well a Certain Debt of twenty pounds Currt money of maryland which to the same Joseph
in his Lordships County Court of Somerset at dividing Creek Recovered against him as of two hundred
and ninety Seven pounds of tobacco which to the same Joseph in the same Court were adjudged
for his damages which he had by occasion of the detention of the same debt whereof the same John
is Convict and the same day is given to the af.d Joseph here &.a

                      Att which day here Came the af.d Joseph Ennalls by Francis Allen his attorney and
the Sheriffe of Somerset County (to witt) John Handy Gent at the same day now here returned that he

be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of June Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and forty one to satisfie Joseph Ennals
as well a Certain debt of twenty pounds Curr.t money of Maryland which the same Joseph Ennals in his Lordships County Court of
