105 lately made and provided &.c Whereupon the same Attorney of the said Lord proprietary prays Advice of the Court herein the premisses and that due process of law in this ^part^ against the af.d George Taylor may be made to answer the same Lord propry of and upon the premisses &c Thereupon it is Commanded the Sheriffe of Somerset County that he should Take the Said George Taylor if &a to answer &a and afterwards to witt the Sixteenth day of June before his Lordships Justices at a Court then held at dividing Creek Came the afd George Taylor in his proper person according to a Certain Recognizance by him in this part first acknowledged and had a hearing of the Information aforesaid and Sayeth that he Cannot deny but that he is guilty of the premisses in the Information aforesaid Specified above upon him Imposed in manner and form as by the Information aforesaid above against him Supposed and the premisses in the Information aforesaid Expressly acknowledgeth Whereupon all and Singular the premisses being seen and by the Court here fully understood It is Considered by the Court here that the aforesaid George Taylor pay unto his said Lordship the Right Honrble the Lord Proprietary of Maryland for his fine by the Court hereupon him Imposed for and by occasion of the premisses af.d whereof in form af.d he is Convict thirty shillings Curr.t money of maryland and that the said George Taylor be taken to satisfie his said Lordship of the fine af.d &c Whereupon the said George Taylor is ordered to give Security to save and keep Indemnifyed the Justices of ^the County of^ Somerset and their Successors from all troubles burthens and Charges that might Accrew by means of the birth and maintainance and bringing up of the Child af.d &c Thereupon the said George Taylor with James McDaniel & James Noble both of Somerset County planters his Securitys all present here in Court in their proper person acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the right Honrble the Lord proprietary of the province of Maryland in thirty pounds Curr.t money of their bodys goods or Chattles lands or tenements Severally to be made & levied to the use of the Inhabitants of the County of Somerset for the time being If it happen that the said George Taylor James McDaniel and James Noble their heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or any or either of them doe not from time to time or at all times hereafter acquit discharge and save harmless as well the Justices of Somerset County Court for the time being as also the Inhabitants of said County of and from all Costs Charges and burthens whatsoever for or by reason of the birth maintainance norishing and bringing up of the said Child and of and from all other suits Charges troubles and demands whatsoever touching or Concerning of the same &c Whereupon the said George Taylor is Ordered to give Security for the payment of all Fee or Fees due to any person or persons on the Information af.d thereupon a Certain James McDaniel of Somerset County planter present here in Court undertook for the said George Taylor for the payment of all Fee or Fees due to any person or persons on the Information af.d in Case the said George Taylor doth not pay the same &c
hereinto the County Court of the same Lord Proprietary held for Somerset County af.d (to witt) at dividing Creek in the same County the sixteenth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand seven |
