           To the Worshipfull Justices of Somerset County now in Court Sitting the petition of
Whittington King humbly Sheweth that your petitioner being seized of two tracts of Land in the said
County Corneworin and Benjamins Advice whose bounders are decayed your petitioner therefore prays that a Commission may
Issue Concerning the same Bounders and your petitioner as in duty bound shall pray

                The petition aforesaid being Read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon had
It is Considered by the Court here that a Commission Issue to the aforesaid Whittington King as by the petition afd
is praid and that Henry Ballard James Polk Nehemiah King and Richard Chambers of Somerset County Gent
be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission according to act of assembly in such Case made and provided &a

humbly sheweth that whereas your petitioner is Possest of a tract of land Called Banams Purchase lying
on the Seaside near to Coys folly humbly prays that your worships would appoint Commissioners to
examine Evidences in relation to the Bounders of the Same and as in duty bound shall Ever pray      Bartholomew Banam

being part of a tract of land Called little Belien and the bounds of the said land not being Sufficiently assertained
your petitioner therefore prays that persons may appointed to set forth the same and make the Bounds af.d Certain According

Rowell of Broad Creek in nanticoke hundred in the said County wisheth health and peace
The Humble petition of Thomas Rowell humbly Sheweth that whereas your petitioner being above three score years of age
and very weake in body and often times very sickly and hardly able to gett a maintainance humbly beggs that your
worships will be pleased to order that he may be tax free and your petitioner shall Ever pray for well fare and peace p your
