therefore prays your worships will appoint Commissioners to Examine Evidences to perpetuate the bounds of the af.d Lands and

                The petition the aforesaid being Read and heard and fully understood   It is Considered that a Commission Issue
to the aforesaid Nicholas Fountain as by the petition aforesaid is praid and that David Wilson Samuel Wilson John Waters and William
Waters of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission according to act of assembly in Such Case made and

Humbly Sheweth that your petitioner is possest with part of a tract of Land lying on Pocomoke River Called Pimmo whose
boundarys are some what precarious and the Evidence to prove the same Antient and Infirm your petitioner therefore humbly
prays your worships will be pleased to appoint Commissioners in order to Examine Evidences in Relation to the perpetuating the boundarys
of the same land and he as in duty bound shall pray &c                                                                                                 John Hall

Town Called whing whose boundarys are somewhat precarious and the Evidences to prove them Ancient and Infirm  Your petition
therefore humbly pray your worships will be pleased to appoint Commissioners to Examine the wittnesses in order to the perpetuating
the boundarys of the Same Land and he as in duty bound shall pray &a                                                               Jno Kellum

a Commission Issue to the aforesaid John Kellum as by the petition aforesaid is praid and that James Martin Samuel Hopkins
Moses Chaille and Abraham Outen of Somerset County Gentleman be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission according to act
