Court here that the afd Thomas Rowell be fore the future Levy free as by the petition aforesaid is praid &a


Arthur Warwick
       petn
     To the Worshipfull Justices of Somerset County now in Court sitting the humble Petition of Arthur Warwick
of the af.d County humbly Sheweth that whereas the County road yt leads to ^from^ parrahawkin bridge to John Disharoons
goes through your petitioners land which is very Injurous to him your petitioner therefore humbly prays that
your worships will grant such Order as to you shall seem meet that the said road may be on the line of the land of Ambrose Riggen and your
petitioner which will be no ways pejudiciall to any person whatsoever and your worships petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray

                   The petition aforesaid being read and heard and fully understood  It is Considered by the Court here that the
aforesaid Arthur Warwick turn the Road on the Line of the Land between him and Ambross Riggin as by the
petition aforesaid is praid he first making the new Road as near good and passable as the Old at his Own Expence and
to the Liking of Teague Riggin the Overseer of the said Road and that the Old road Lay Open untill the new Road be
Compleat in every Respect as aforesaid &a


Abell Curtis
     petn
                    To the worshipfull Justices of Somerset County in Court sitting the petition of Abel
Curtis most humbly Sheweth that your pore petitioner hath been lame this many years which was Occasioned by
a bullit that was Shot through my knee in the Indian war in new Ingland and was discharged from paying any publick
levey ever since till this present year the Constable hath taken me in which I hope your worships will take it into your Serious Consideration
and order that your petitioner may be set levey free here in this County ^as^ I have been this may years past and then I hope I shall
be able to Support myself without any other favour and your petitioner as in duty bound shall Ever pray         Able Curtis

                            The petition aforesaid being Read and heard and fully understood  It is Considered by the Court here that
the aforesaid Able Curtis be Levy free for the future as by the petition aforesaid is praid &c


John Gillisse
          petn
          To the worshipfull Justices of Somerset County now in Court Sitting the petition of John Gilliss
humbly sheweth that he hath been afflicted with a dissease Called the dropsey about Eighteen years which
makes your petitioner unable to do aney manner of labour and your petitioner humbly praying your worships will take it in
Consideration and sett him levey free and your petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray

                                  The petition aforesaid being Read and heard and fully understood  It is Considered by the Justices here
that the aforesaid John Gillisse be tax free untill pleas God to restore him to a Capacity to Labour for a livelyhood
for himselfe and family &a


James Caldwell
        petn
          To the Worshipfull Justices of Somerset County now in Court sitting the petition of James Caldwell
sheweth that your petitioner hath a Negro man Called Sambo that is lame in his knees ancles and feet and has
been so for many years so that he is unable to do your petitioner any Service and is very Birthensom  Nevertheless
your petitioner would not make his Address to your worships before this still Expecting he would Amend in steed of which he is
