Security to Comply with the Act of Assembly in such Case made and provided &c

                Whereupon the said John Wildman with Thomas Lambden and Daniel Wells of somerset County Gentlemen his Securitys
all present here in Court in their proper persons Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the right Honrble the Lord
proprietary of Maryland in the full and just sum of Five pounds Curr.t money of said province of their bodys goods or Chattles lands
or tenements severally to be made and levied to the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors  If it happen that the said John
Wildman doe not pay and satisfie unto the sheriffe of the County af.d for the time being fifty Shillings Curr.t money of the province af.d
yearly and Every year he shall keep such ordinary or house of Entertainment as af.d &c

       Likewise the same John Wildman with the af.d Thomas Lambden and Daniel Wells his Securitys af.d all present herein
Court in their proper persons af.d Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his said Lordship the Lord proprietary in Forty
pounds Curr.t money of Maryland of their bodys goods or Chattles lands or tenements Severally to be made and levied to the
use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors  If it happen that the said John Wildman do not keep good rules and orders
and do Suffer Idle loose and disorderly person to tipple game or Commit disorders or other Irregularitys in his Ordinary or
house of entertainment during the time that he shall keep the same Contrary to the true intent and meaning of the Act of Assembly
in such Case made and provided &c

Lycence & Recognizance
John Bell of Somerset County Inholder Came hereinto Court in his proper person and prays that he may be permitted
to keep an Ordinary or house of Entertainment at his own house at the Court house at dividing Creek in the County
af.d for the use and Coveniency of the Inhabitants travellers and strangers as to them Respectively it shall seem meet
which is by the Court here unto him ^is^ Granted he giveing Security to Comply with the Act of Assembly in such Case made and provided &a

          Whereupon the said John Bell with Cornelious Beavins and James Townsend of Somerset County planters his securitys
all present here in Court in their proper persons Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the right Honrble the Lord
proprietary of Maryland in the full and just sum of Five pounds Curr.t money of said province of their bodys goods or Chattles
lands or tenements severally to be made and levied to the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors  If it happen that the said

             Upon the petition of John Cordrey of Broad Creek to this Court thereby setting forth that he was in a very poor
Lame Condition and Ancient and prays reliefe &c   Thereupon it is Ordered by the Court here that the said John Cordrey
be allowed fifty Shillings Currant money of Maryland towards his Support at the next Levy Court &c

          To the worshipfull Justices of Somerset County in Court now Sitting the petition of
Nicholas Fountain Humbly Sheweth That your petitioner is possessed with two tracts lying in the af.d
County Called fishing Island and Newfound Land the bounds of which lands are decayed your petitioner
