98 as Tenants in Common by a certain Hannon Greenweed in her last will and Testament as will appear on file in the office of The Register of wills of which your Honors have supervision. Your petition for the state that there are no parties (as heirs) intrusted in the said real estate Infants or adults except his widow and brother here as before named who are both adults over twenty one years of age And that the personal estate is not sufficient to pay his debts and that the land must be sold to pay them In view of the above ascertations your petition asks you Honors to grant a warrant to appraise the said undivided two thirds interest of the said John Clark in the said real estate herein before refered (to and to issue summonses to all parties defendant to appear before your Honors to answer the mortivaial allegories contained in the within petition all of which is Respectfully prayed Charles Clark Galena July 28th 1870 John Clark Inventory of the Real Estate of Orlando F. Sutton late of Kent County deceased appraised in dollars by us the subscribers (being thereto lawfully authorized and sworn) this fifteenth day of February Eighteen hundred and seventy three Dolls Cts
