we the subscribers appointed by the Orphan's Court of Kent
Co and being duly authorized to view the estate of Isaac E.
Holly Lewis W Holly and Eugene Holly (Col) minors
in the hands of Isaac Holly (Col) Guardian and to
estimate the annual value whereof after having taken
the required oath do hereby certify and return that
we have viewed the estate of said minors and
estimated the annual value thereof at Thirty Four
Dollars or one half of all the grain and other produce
raised on the lands of which the said heirs are entitled
to the aforesaid sum or rent

                                             The principal portion
of the land lays back from the public road from
Prices Store to Barmaids wharf and contains about
thirty acres Fourteen acres divided into three lots
two of the lots under fair fence the other only partly
enclosed and a part of that is in bad condition
The balance of the aforesaid tract is a sparsely
wooded Hill side and branch and without any
other improvements.  There is also a lot of about an
acre an three quarters under fair fence adjoining
the (Col) peoples church known as the union
near Prices store without improvements In witness
whereof we hereto set our hands and seals this sixteenth
day of May Eighteen Hundred and seventy three

          To the Hon. Orphan's Court for Kent County
You petition represents that a certain John Clark
late of Kent County and State of Maryland died on
the 27th day of October eighteen hundred and seventy
in Estate leaving a widow named Mary Ann
Clark (but no child or children) who now resides
at Sassafras in Kent County and State aforesaid
also at the time of his death he left a brother of the
whole blood named Thomas J. Clark whose widow
residence in near Sassafras.  In additional to his
personal estate he died Seized of an undivided two
thirds interest in a tract of land containing about
thirty six acres more or Less the same having been
devised to the said John Clark and Thomas P. Clark
