96 The whole of the real estate of the lat Benj Hazell contains about two hundred and seventy five acres two hundred of which is arable three fifths of the said real estate belongs to the minors refered to Owing to the pecular situation of the said real estate and the circumstances attending the probable productions of each year the undersigned beg leave to report A Separate rent for each of the years under the above commission For the year 1872 there being no wheat crop to be estimated we have fixed the corn crop rent at five hundred and eighty dollars and the oat crop rent at ten dollars and the peach crop rent at one hundred dollars making in all for the current year six hundred and ninety dollars three fifths of which amounts to four hundred and fourteen dollars the minors potion the rent for the year 1873 is estimated as follows The rent of wheat crop is estimated at three hundred and seventy four 50/100 dollars. The corn crop at four hundred and thirty seven 25/100 dollars and the peach crop at two hundred dollars making in all nine hundred and eleven dollars and seventy five cents three fifths of which is five hundred and forty seven 05/100 dollars minors portion. The rent for the Year 1874 is estimated as follows. The rent of wheat crop is estimated at one hundred and seventy one 16/100 dollars the corn crop two hundred and forty seven 50/100 dollars the oat crop one hundred and twenty dollars and peach crop three hundred dollars making in all eight hundred and thirty nine dollars and ten cents three fifths of which amounts to five hundred and three 46/100 dollars minors portion We hereby certify that the within and aforegoing is A just and true annual Valuation of the real estate of the minor children of Benj Hazell as made by the subscribers who being duly authorized and sworn to estimate the same according to the best of our abilities averaging for each year four hundred and eighty eight dollars and fifty and one third cents Given from under our hands and seals this fifth day of June 1872 R.
