with but little fence containing about one hundred
and thirty acres

    We the undersigned having been duly sworn and
qualified as is shown by the annexed warrant hereby
certify that the aforegoing is a just and true appraisement
of the Rental Value of the real estate of
John Gale and William R. Gale (Minors) of Kent Co
Md as appraised by us so far as the same has
come to our knowledge:  And that it amounts in
the aggregate annually to $2025.00

this 18th day of June 1872

    The undersigned being appointed by the Hon orphans Court
of Kent County to appraise the rental annual value of the
real estate of George H. Hazell, Joseph W. Hazell and Annie
B. Hazell minor children of the late Benj Hazell of Kent
County aforesaid beg leave to report that having taken
the necessary oath as will be seen by the annexed commission
did enter upon the said real Estate and
found A frame Dwelling House thereon 18 x 36 feet and
in ordinary repair and a good kitchen 16 x 22 feet also
A Granary with cribs 28 x 32 feet with wagon house
attached in good repair stabling for ten horses in
bad repair and one cow shed about eighty feet long
in ordinary repair The meat house 15 x 16 feet in very
bad repair the milk House 10 x 12 feet is good and
the carriage House 12 x 10 feet is also in good repair
