or cleared tillable land including orchards and garden
and about 62 acres of woods suitable for fall with little
fencing timber the whole track containing 182 acres being
part of a track of land called a Oakland

                 In witness whereof we have hereto annexed our
said appointment and the oath by us taken this 20th day
of July 1865

An Inventory of the Real Estate of James Wilson late of
Kent County dec.d
                         One track of land called Broad oak
and Duck Puddle with Buildings and improvements containing
Two hundred and eight acres
       at Thirty dollars pr acre                                       $6240

       This is to certify that the above is a correct Inventory
of the Real Estate of James Wilson late of Kent
county dec.d as appraised by us this Twentieth day of April
Eighteen hundred and seventy one  And that it amounts
to six thousand two hundred and forty dollars $6240.00

             Kent county Sct:   On this 25th day of April
1871 personally appeared William Wilson Executor of
James Wilson decd before me and made Oath on
the Holy Evangely of Almighty God that the foregoing
is a just and true Inventory of Real Estate of Said
decd  So far as the same has come to his sight and
knowledge:  But should there appear any more Real
Estate in the future he will return it in an additional
Inventory
