We the Subscribers being any appointed by the Hon Orphan's
court of Kent Co State of Maryland to value the real
Estate of W.m Turner Late of Kent Co Dec.d have this day
after having been duly qualified by taking  the required
oath proceeded two perform the duty imposed upon us
A description of the Property and valuation thereof being
hereunto annexed

                The Farm contains eighty three acres of land
The buildings consists of a two story brick dwelling 19 by 34
feet and Kitchen attached 19 by 22½ ft.  The out buildings
are small and in tolerable good repair

                   There are 1200 peach trees four years old but
not thrifty.  The fencing is mostly indifferent

                            After careful consideration we have concluded
to set the valuation of the above discribed farm
at thirty dollars per acre making in the whole $2490

                   In witness hereof we hereunto affix our hands
and seals this eighth day of Feb eighteen hundred
and seventy two

    We the Subscribers appointed by the orphans court
of Kent County to view the estate of Mary J. Mony
Anna C. Money and Eliza P. Money minors in'
the hands of David C. Blackiston their guardian and
to estimate the annual value thereof and further
to do what is enjoined by the appointment Do hereby
Certify that we have valued the real estate of Mary
J. Money Anna C. Money and Eliza P. Money and
estimate the annual value thereof at six hundred
and fifty dollars current money.  There is on the
land a frame dwelling two Storys high 24 feet by 19
feet a frame kitchen and dining room one story high
30 feet by 18 feet or frame grainery and Cribs 27
feet by 21 feet frame Stable 21 feet by 17 feet frame
Poultry House 12 feet by 11 feet frame Milk house 8½
feet by 6½ feet frame Meat house 10½ feet by 10½ feet
frame carriage house 16½ feet by 8½ feet all in good
order an apple orchard of 42 thrifty young trees
bearing fruit an old peach orchard of 850 trees not
bearing a paled garden in bad order 75 by 75 feet
fencing but indifferent  There and about 120 acres
