And their interest in a Mill and a lot of ground attached
of about eight acres            The Mill house is three stories high 36 by 32
feet with a frame shed in front 24 by 14 feet:      This property is in a
tolerable state of repair

In witness whereof we have hereto annexed out
said appointment and the oath by us taken this 30.th day of
August one thousand eight hundred & Sixty:         We recommend
the same System of Cultivation of the real estate as is now
pursued                                                William F. Smyth      (seal)
                                                             Rich.d C. Johnson   (seal)

We the undersigned appointed by the Orphans Court of Kent County to
view and estimate the annual Rent of the Real Estate of Mary A.
Moore and Elizabeth G. Moore minors in the hands of their Guardian
William Barger beg to Report

That said Real Estate consists of a farm in Still Pond in Kent County
containing about Two hundred acres of land and for a more full
description of the dimensions of the dwelling House and out buildings
we refer to a Report made of the same in the year 1857

We would however say that the said dwelling house and out buildings
and fencing have very much depreciated in value since our last
Report:   The dwelling house and kitchen are in a most dilapidated
condition and Scarcely fit to be occupied:   There is no fencing
around the yard or garden and no cow or horse ground or yard
and there has been no improvements made upon the land and for
three reasons the undersigned are constrained to place the annual
Rent at a lower figure than they did three years ago
We recommend the same manner of cultivation as indicated in
the previous Report

We therefore value the Rent of said Real Estate for the years
of 1861 1862 and 1863 at the sum of one hundred and thirty
dollars annually
Witness our hands and seals this 25.th day of May 1861

                                                                   John Wilson            (seal)

                                                                      Richard H. Harris   (seal)
