16 in good repair Smoke House ten by twelve in good repair
new Granary & Corne House two story thirty by thirty in
Good repair  Tool shed eighteen by Forty in Good Repair
Stable two story 14 by 16 in good repair Stable 18 by 32 in good
repair Cow House eighteen by sixty two two story in good order
stable two story fourteen by sixteen in good Repair Wash shed
15 by 20 in good Repair (new) Garden and yard supposed to
contain about two acres enclosed with Board and pailing
fence in good repair one story House 16 by 16 built by Mrs
Ellen Spry clear of Rent in good order we recommend that
there should be twenty five hundred bushels Lime put on
annually also Clover seed and Timothy to be paid by the tenant
and heirs and the tenant to put on free of charge we estimate
the annual rent of this Farm at one thousand dollars

No 2  Supposed to be Two hundred acres supposed ¾ acres in
Farm Peach Trees Supposed to be twenty eight acres to be put in corn
Supposed to be twenty eight to be put in wheat and the same
to go in oats Supposed to be twenty acres in Pine Wood and
forty in marsh This has on it the following one two story
Frame House eighteen by thirty eight back building two story
sixteen by eighteen with front Porch in good order small Back
Porch smoke House 10 by 12 in good Repair  Poultry House 10 by
10 in bad repair Carriage House 10 by 11 in bad repair Tool shed
12 by 40 in bad repair Grainary Stable & Corn House all under
the same roof 24 by 30 in bad repair Cow shed 20 by 80 two
story in good repair Garden House 4 by 5 in tolerable repair
Yard and Garden enclosed with board and pailing fence
in tolerable repair fencing on the Farm in very bad condition
we recommend that there should be fourteen Hundred
bushels slacked Lime put on annually also clover seed
and timothy seed and to be paid by the Tenant Lime to
be paid by the Heirs and the tenant to put it on free of charge
We estimate the annual rent of the said Farm at Four hundred
and fifty dollars

No 3  Supposed to be one hundred and thirty acres supposed
Farm   to be ¾ acres in Peach Trees  Supposed to be twenty eight
acres to be put in wheat supposed to be put in twenty eight
acres put in corn and twenty eight in oats and twenty
eight acres in grass  supposed 15 acres in Wood  This has
