on it the following one two story Frame dweeling
16 by 30 kitchen attached two story 15 by 16 in good repair
carriage House 9 by 16 one story in good repair Smoke
House 10 by 12 one story in good repair Garden House
4 by 5 in good repair Granary Corn House and stable
all under the same roof two story twenty four by thirty
in good repair Garden and Yard supposed to be half acre
inclosed with board and pailing fence in good repair
We recommend that there should be fourteen hundred bushels
Lime put on annually also clover seed to be paid by the
Tenant Lime to be paid by the Heirs and the tenant to put
it on free of charge we estimate the annual rent of this Farm
at three hundred and twenty five dollars


No 4  Supposed to be two hundred and ten acres supposed
G. Robinson   to be four acres in apple & Peach Trees supposed to be forty
acres to be put in wheat forty acres in corn and Forty
in oats supposed to be sixty acres in wood and Branch
This has on it the following one two story Brick House twenty
by forty in good repair kitchen attached in good repair
Poultry House 12 by 12 in very bad condition granary two
story 24 by 30 in good order new stable & corn crib 18 by 32
carraige House not fit for use we recommend a new
Smoke House also there should be two thousand bushels
Lime put in annually also clover seed to be paid
by the Tenant Lime to be paid by the Heirs and the

thirty dollars

No 5           Supposed to be one hundred and fifty acres one acre
Queenanns   in Peach trees supposed to be twenty six acres to be
Farm J Fed   put in wheat twenty six ^acres^ in corn twenty six acres in
oats and two fields in grass Fifteen acres in wood
This has on the following one dwelling House two
story 16 by 24 Kitchen one story 16 by 22 in good repair
smoke House 10 by 12 in bad repair Milk House & ½
feet square in good order stable 15 by 30 and two
shed stables attached in tolerable repair Poultry
House 12 by 18 in good repair Granary & Corn crib
24 by 30 in good repair Garden and Yard enclosed
with pailing and board fence in tolerable repair we reccomend
that there should be put on this farm thirteen
Hundred bushels lime put on annually to be paid by the heirs
