Inventory of the Real Estate of William V. Miers late
of Kent County deceased appraised in dollars and
cents by us the subscribers being thereto lawfully authorized
and sworn this Fifth day of April 1871

    One Farm containing
             285 acres of Land a 35$ pr acre      $9,975.00

We the subscribers do certify that the foregoing is a true
and just invotary and valuation of the Real Estate
of William V. Miers late of Kent County deceased as
far as they have come to our sight and knowledge
and in the aggregate amounting to nine thousand
nine hundred and seventy five dollars   As witness
our hands and seals this seventh day of April one
thousand eight hundred and seventy one

Kent County Sct      On this 18.th day of april 1871
personally appeared John G. Miers Executors of William
V. Miers before me and made oath on the Holy Evangely
of Almighty God that the foregoing is a just and true
Inventory of the Real Estate of said deed so far as the
same has come to his sight and knowledge

In pursuance of the aforegoing Commission we the
subscribers after being duly sworn entered upon the premisses
of Caleb W. Spry late of Kent County ^Decd^ there found
the Homestead Farm supposed to be two Hundred and
fifty acres supposed to be ten acres in Peach and apple
trees supposed to fourty four acres to be put in wheat
supposed to be fourty four acres to be put in corn and
twenty two acres put in Oats supposed to be sixty six
acres in grass  supposed to be Four acres in Pine Timber
and the balance in marsh  This has on it the following
one three story House Frame thirty by thirty
two Breakfast Room and Kitchen attached Eighteen
by thirty in good Repair Porches attached front and
back the whole length of said building in good Repair
