land and yard fence is Post and PLank and Post
and Rals in Tolerable Repair  The Garden is enclosed
with Pale fence
          The arable land is in a good state of cultivation
and of fair Quality Gaving been Improved with lime &c
             The Peach orchard above named
             contained 1,500 Trees Planks  &  in    1857
                   "         2,500    "        "                   1854
                 and      4,500    "         "                   1862

The two ferst Plantings two consider past day decaying the
last planting are in their Prime the one half part of the above
Described Land and Tennents belongs to the heirs of Richard
H Harris fate of Kent County Dec and him being a widdow
and five children all therefore apportion the named anual
Rent of six hundred and fifty Dollars as follows

       "            "     Anna M. Harris        86.66⅔
       "            "    Sarah C. Harris         86.66⅔
       "   The adult Heirs 3 in number   350.00

Given under our hands and seals this seventy seventh
day of April Eighteen hundred and sixty seven

                                  In the Orphans Court of Kent Co
June 4.th 1767   Whereas the last will and Testament
of the late Samuel E. Baker of Kent County deceased
bearing date on the twenty sixth day of January
eighteen hundred and sixty four and duly admitted
to probate in November 1864 provides that if after all the
means be had mentioned in his said will for the Payment
of his debts there should still be a deficiency to discharge
all this leabilitees he thereby taxed and charged all his real estate
in the hands of his Devisees with a proportional of such
deficiency according to the value of the lands respectively
such valuation to be estimated by two disinterested
freeholders to be appointed by the orphans court of Kent
County and there return to be made to the
said Court  And whereas it appears from the inventory
list of sales and administration accounts list of debts
pased and proceedings which are inspected by the
