52 Witness our hand seals this sixteenth day of October eighteen hundred and sixty six Charles H. Baker [seal] William G. Trew [seal] The undersigned appointed by the orphants court of Kent County the state of maryland to View the Real estate of Anna M. Harris and Sarah C. Harris (minors) in the hands of James S. Harris and John C Harris There acting Guardians and to estimate the anual Value thereof and further to do what is enjoined by the annexed appointment do hereby certify and report that we have Valued the anual rent of said estate at six hundred and fifty Dollars Which consists of the one half part of the Farm on which Richard H Harris died Listed situate in Still Pond Neck Kent County Md and contains about two hundred and ten acres of land Devided into Five fields of about fifteen Acres Each two lots of Three Acres Each a Peach orchard of Ninety acres an Apple orchard of two acres Planted in 1865 and a Pear orchard of about 450 Trees planted in 1866 With the Exception of garden yard &c the residue of said land is in Wood and Timber Which with Core is Suffir for the use of the farm upon the farm their is a Dwelling House 44 ft long by 18 ft wide two hugh Papaye in the center open Newel Stare Way Room Well arranged and plastered to the Garret Celler under the Whole lenght Porch in front and ^Back^ Porch there is a shed Room and one story Kitchen attached all of which is in good order and repair Carriage House Meat House and Poultry House all in good repair There is a one story Granery 18 ft long by 16 ft wide sheded on two sides for corn cribs shed stable and north end of Granery & cribs 32 ft long by 12 ft wide with another shed north of that used for manure &c all under Cypress Roof and in good order There is a cow shed 40 ft long by 16 ft wide 2 stores high with shed on on south end sheet Roofed with plank and in good Repair There is also a Tobacco House 90 ft long by 18 ft Wide two storees high covered with Planks in good in good Repair The Most of the fencing on the Farm is oak and very much Decayed the main room |
