All of which We respectfully report as Given from under our
hands & Seals this twenty fifth day of September eighteen hundred
and sixty six

The undersigned appointed by the Orphans Court of Kent County
State of maryland to view the Real Estate of Mrs Georgianna Butler
(widow) Georginna Cruikshank Andrew J Cruikshank and Nancy
C. Cruickshank (Minors) in the hands of Capt John Hadaway their
acting guardian and to estimate the annual value thereof and
further to do what is enjoined by the annexed appointment do hereby
certify and report that we have valued the anual rent of the said
estate at two hundred and fifty dollars currant money of
Maryland or one half of the what and oats after deducting the seed
and one third of the corn

       There is on a log or frame dwelling sixteen wide and Forty
Two feet long a frame breakfast room and kitchen sixteen feet
wide and twelve eight feet long all of which is one story in height
in bad condition and needs repairing both inside and outside
There is a brick smoke house in tolerable condition a log granary
so much out of repair that it is not fit for any kind of grain
The stable and carreage house are under one roof and in
very poor condition a corn crib that needs but little repair
Most of the Fencing around the yard is down no garden fence
The farm is for the most part under good chestnut fencing

                The Farm is supposed to contain about Three
hundred and and fourteen acres of land one hundred acres
of which being in cultivation and is diveded into three fields and
cultivated in three fields system we suggest no charges there
are about sixty acres of land in sage the balence one hundred
and fifty four acres in wood and timber There might be cut
Three thousand cords of wood and four or Five thousand chestnut
rails which the farm does not need for its use and the latter
should have been cut several yards since

We apporter the above annual rent as following Georg Anna
