       Granery on the Wharf twenty by thirty feet two Story
High in bad repair  We estimate the anul rent of this
Granery and Wharf at one Hundred & fifty Dollars

Queenstown Steam Boat Wharf in good repair  We estimate
the anual rent of this Wharf at one Hundred Dollars
Greepin creek steamboat wharf in good repair  we estimate the annual
rent of the wharf at seventy five dollars

    Chase Island Supposed to be about sixty acres of Marsh
land on this Island is one two story Frame Dwelling
House sixteen by thirty and not occupied  We estimate
