44 also clover seed and to be paid by the heirs & tenant same to be paid by the heirs and the tenant to put on it on free of charge. we estimate the annual rent of this Farm at Four hundred & thirty seven Dollars Farm No 3 Supposed to be one hundred and fourteen acres in three Fields Sixty one acres in Peach Tees one third of the trees two year old and two thirds ditto one year old this field to be cultivated in corn twenty four acres in wheat one ^field^ twenty four acres in clover. Five acres in Yard Garden and Orchard of Apples and Peach Trees has has on it the following buildings one Story Frame Dwelling sixteen by eighteen feet in bad repair one Shed Kithen attached twelve by sixteen in bad repair Meat House Eleven by thirteen in bad repair pump in the yard Barn Granary cow shed stables and two corn cribs under the same roof one hundred by twenty feet in tolerable repair Carriage House attached to the building twenty by ten in tolerable repair the fencing on this Farm is in bad condition We also recommend that there should be three bushels clover seed soown annually on this farm and to be paid by the tenant & heirs also one thousand bushels Lime to be put on annually and to be paid by the heirs and the tenant to spread it on the Farm free of Charge We estimate the annually rent of this Farm at Four hundred & twenty five Dollars Steam Saw Mill Sorghum Mill Caning Factory all attached thirty one by two hundred and Fifty two feet runs by Engine attached to the van House two shed rooms one twenty by twenty Eight one sixteen by thirty two feet Coal House attached to the same building sixteen and a sawyers House sixteen by fifteen all of the said buildings is Nearly New We estimate the anual rent at one Thousand Dollars Dwelling House No 1 Two story High Sixteen by thirty feet small House three by four all in bad repair We estimate the anual rent of this House at thirty Dollars containing Fruit trees failing & fencing in dad order a small tenant house sixteen by twenty four in bad repair one Log House sixteen by sixteen in Very bad Condition We estimate the anual rent of this Farm at Eight Hundred Dollars |
