Nurssury belonging to Jonathan Slaughter serveveing partner of
slaughter & Brother the balance of the said Two Fields is to be
cultivated in corn exception that portion which is in grapes
which Said grapes is one year old we recommand that there
should be Six bushels grass seed sown annlly on this farm
and that expence be paid jointly between the tur out and the
heirs also recommend that there should be put Fifteen hundred
bushels Lime annully Lime to be paid by the heirs
and the tenant spread it on the land free of charge the
Fenceing in the said Farm is in bad Condition  This Farm
on it the following one story brick Dwelling thirty five
by thirty sevin feet in tolerable repair  Kitchen attached part
Brick brick & part Frame  thirty six by eighteen feet in
tolerable repair  new Brick  Dairy ten by ten feet  Meat House
eleven by twelve feet in tolerable repair Poultry House sixteen
by ten ditt Hot House forty one by thirty feet in bad repair
Carriage House twelve by thirty two in bad repair Granery
and two corn cribs twenty two by thirty four all under the same
roof in good repair cow shed thirteen by forty eight feet in bad repair
Barn seventy one by fifty two feet used for Stables granery + hay
in tolerable repair one Ice House twenty five by twenty five feet
in good repair  A Yard & arden about two acres containg Freuit
trees pailing & fencing in bad order a small tenant House sixteen by
twenty four in bad repair one Log House sixteen by sixteen
feet in very bad condition  We estimate the annual rent of
this Farm at Eight Hundred Dollars

       Farm No 2 supposed to be one hundred and fifty acres
between eighty & ninty acres in peach Trees on the decline supposed
to be thirty five acres to be put in corn ^about^ twenty five acres
no Timber some scrubby trees and ravuns this Farm has
on it the following one story brick Dwelling Eighteen
by forty six in tolerable repair Frame Kithen
attached sixteen by sixteen in tolerable repair meat
House ten by sten in bad repair about one & half Acre in Garden
yards part pail & part plank Fencing in bad order one Private
House three by four in bad order has a pump in the
years.  Poultry House Eleven by ten in verry bad condition
small stable ten by twelve in good repair granary
two corn Houses stable all under the same roof
twenty eight by twenty feet in tolerable repair ^shed^ Carriage
House twenty by Eleven in tolerable repare the fencing
on this farm is in bad condition   Reccommend that
there should be one Thousand bushels Lime on annually
