we the undersigned appointed by the Orphans Court of
Kent County as per the commission hereto attached to
Enter on view and estimate the annual rented value of the
real estate of W.m T. Strong Wm A. Strong
Adulpheus Strong Christophus Strong and Anna Strong
Minors in the hands of W.m T. Adkinson their guardian
lug   we respectfully to report that in pursuance of said
commission we have examined the the said real estate
which consists of one farm containing about 102 acres
of land.  77 acres of which is divided into four fields
and enclosed with capstake fences in tolerable condition
The balance of the land is in wood the improvements are
a one story frame dwelling with two rooms on
the first floor and a passage and two rooms upstairs
and a grenery with stable and corn crib attached
all the said buildings being in bad repair
we recommend the farm to be cultivated one field
in corn and two in wheat annually
and we estimate the annual rental value thereof
to cultivated at Three hundred Dollars all which is
respectfully submitted      Gary H Leaverton

In persaence of the foregoing commission we the
subscribers after being sworn entered upon the premise
and theire found a farm in the 2 Election of Kent
County joining the lands of David Clements
Robert J Frisby E Thomas and others the said
farm we supposed to count acrs three hundred
and fifteen acres we suppose that two hundred
acres of tilable land The ballance in Branch
and wood land   Therire is an abundance of wood
for the farm but very little timber for fencing
Tillidge one field in wheat one field in corn and
one in oats two fields in Grass one to mow
and one to pasture Dwelling House Frame
two story high 16 by 20 feet Back Building
attached 14 by 38 feet one small tenant House
16 by 16 Feet 1½ story High meat House 14 by
6 Feet on bad repeire Poultry House 10 by 12
Feet in bad repeire garden inclosed with
pailin ¼ of an acre in bad repaire
