Jarman his guardain and to estimate the annual
value thereof and further to do what is enjoined by
the annexed appointment  Do hereby certify that we
have valued the Real estate of Thomas George Jarman
and estimate the annual value thereof at three Hundred
and thirty seven dollars current Money  There is on the
farm a Brick dwelling house   with other necessary buildings
a description and dementions will be formed in a former
return filed in the orphans court There is a paled Garden
Small peach and apple orchard  There are about
                   acres clean tillable land and about
acres in woods fencing in tolerable order the wheat
track containing            acres being a part of
a track of land colled
          in witness whereof we have herto annexed
