33 the annual value of the real estate of said minors do appoint John T Skirven John Gale to enter on and view the same and return and estimate thereof under their hands and seals specifying the state of repair and annual value thereof including any slaves working beast stock and utensils thereon belonging to the said minors and proper to be leased with the land and also what dwelling houses out houses orchards gardens meadows inclosure and other improvements all on the land is in their estimation in woods how much of the arable land is to be cultivated annually in rotation (they first having taken the oath hereunto annexed) and make return thereof to the Court without three months from the date thereof Witness A W Welven Esquire cheif Justice of the Orphans Court in Kent County the twentieth day of September 1864 test Joseph P. Ireland Regr of wills for Kent County You John T. Skirven and John Gale do swear that you will appraise the Rental Value of the real estate of Edward J. Kennard Charles Wesley Kennard and Adaline G. Kennard minors without favor is prejudice and to the best of your skill and judgement so help you God I certify that John T. Skirven and John Gale were duly sworn according to law to appraise the annual Rent of the Real Estate of the above named minors before me on the 24th and 27th day of september 1864 Jos P.
