We the undersigned agreeably to an order of the Orphans
Court of Kent County to us directed to value and
distribute the negroes belonging to the Estate of
John B. H. Anderson late of Kent County deceased being
fine duly qualified according to law do hereby
value and distribute said negroes in the following
manner   To Wit:)

1 Boy Martin        17 years old slave for life    $100.00
1  "     Moses        12   "       "        "     Do Do    80.00
1  "     James         10   "       "        "     Do Do    80.00
1  "     Wesley       10   "       "        "     Do Do    80.00
1  "     Alexander    2   "       "        "      Do Do    10.00
1 Woman  Ann     24   "       "        "     Do Do    80.00
1     "        Ellen    20   "       "        "      Do Do    80.00
1    "         Rachel  19   "       "        "     Do Do    80.00
1 Girl       Mary      8   months old  "     Do Do      1.00
                                                                      $591.00

Which said Negroes are to be Divided among the
following persons Heirs at Law of the said
       John B. H. Anderson deceased

To Mrs Mary E. W. Anderson Widow of said Dec.d
We give one third
1 Negro Woman Ellen                                 $  80.00
1     "   Girl child daughter of Ellen                       1.00
1    "     Boy Wesley                                         80.00
and she to receive from W.m H Anderson         21.20
   "   "     "      "         " Mrs Mary E Hopkins      11.20

To Wm F. Anderson we give 1/5 of ⅔

To Mrs E. Hopkins we give 1/5 of ⅔
          1  Negro Woman Huro                      $80.00
