23 said Real Estate and make our return thereof as follows To Wit The said Real Estate consists of one Farm situated in the old Lower District of Kent County aforesaid adjoining the lands of Robert A Gamble Dec.d and others and said to contain three hundred and sixty acres more or less about sixty acres of which is waste land composed of Bag Shore March and a Pond. The said Farm is divided into six fields and a small lot planted in Peach Tree now two years old the fencing is mostly Post and rail four rails high and composed of Locust and cedar Posts and the same kind of rails. The Garden is inclosed with Pail fencing made of locust Posts and white Pine Pails the lane and yard fences are made of Locust Post and pine planks four rails high There is but little wood land attached to the Farm and no timber of much value The arable land is generally in a good state of cultivation and the Bag and front field are highly improved. The whole of the fencing on said farm is in good order. The improvements or the said Farm consists of a two story and attick Brick Dwelling House 24 by 50 feet with a Back Building two Stories high about 24 by 40 feet. The first floor of the main building is divided in two rooms and a passage with a continued stair wag Rail and banisters. Each room has four 12 light windows glass 10 + 16 the second story has two rooms with the same number and sized widows as the first floor. The attick has two rooms with five windows in front two on one end and one back there is a cellar under the entire main Building. The first floor of the back Building is divided into a sitting room pantry and kitchen the second floor has three rooms there is a front Portico 10 + 16 and one running the entire length of the back building the House and Porticoes are covered with tin One frame quarter 24 + 26 feet 16 feet high two stories weather boarded up and form in good order one frame meat house 12 + 14 shingle roof in good order one frame Poultry House 12 by 24 in ordinary repair one Log Corn House with a crib in each side and |
