17 Also a tract called the Mill property situated on the public road already mentioned and at Swan town containing about Seventy six acres of land embracing the Mill Pond The improvements are a Mill house frame thirty six by forty feet in very bad condition and the mill not in runing order; Also on the same tract one hipped roof dwelling house forty by eighteen feet; A kitchen attached seventeen by seventeen feet a stable with board roof sixteen by twenty feet; A Log meat house ten by ten feet all in tolerable repair; A garden enclosed with oak poles in bad repair; We estimate the annual Rent of this dwelling house at thirty seven dollars and half and the Mill we have not valued at all it being as before mentioned not in runing order no one will rent it On the same premises there is also a one story dwelling house sixteen by twenty two feet; A shed kitchen attached ten by sixteen feet; A Log meat house ten by seventeen feet in tolerable repair and not rented at this time. We estimate the Rent of said house at twent dollars per annum Also on the same tract a one story dwelling house sixteen by forty feet and attached a shed carriage house sixteen by ten feet in tolerable repair; there is also a garden enclosed with oak poles and in bad repair; We estimate the annual rent of this house at twenty dollars We beg to remark in reference to this Mill tract and the houses thereon that the valuations above mentioned are only for the one undivided half Interest in said property as belonging to the Heirs of the late William Moffett the other undivided half belonging to the Heirs of the late Ebenezer Welch Recapitulation
