We the undersigned appointed by the Orphans Court
of Kent County;  to view and estimate the annual rental
value of the Real Estate of Catharine Worrell and William
Edward Worrell minor Children and Heirs at
Law of William H. P. Worrell late of said County Deceased
in the hands of Doct Frederick Worrell their Guardian
do hereby respectfully report that after being duly
qualified according to law we have examined said
Real Estate and respectfully refer to a former report
made by the undersigned to your Honourable Court
and dated on the first day of March 1859 for a full
and detailed description and condition of the said
Real Estate having in our present examination noticed
no material change in the condition of the property
except some of the Out Buildings thereon erected are
in a more delapidated condition than they were described
to be in the report just refered to
                         In conclusion we estimate and value the Rent
of said Real Estate for the years 1862 1863 and 1864 at the
sum of Five hundred dollars annually which said sum
when stated in detail will appear as follows

To Doct Frederick Worrell of age one fifth
