dollars and seventy seven and two thirds cents and the income of
Lydia C Gooding the sum of Eighty seven dollars and seventy seven
and two thirds cents and Addison M Gooding the sum of Eighty
seven dollars and seventy seven cents and two thirds cents or in
figures as follows

We the Subscribers appointed by the orphans Court of Kent County to
view the Real Estate of Maro V. Corey minor in the hands of his acting
Guardians John W & Albert L. Corey and estimate the annual
value thereof and further to do what is enjoined by the annexed
appointment do hereby certify and return that we estimate the
annual rental value of the whole of said Real Estate at seven hundred
dollars current money

The improvements on the Estate known as the Wilmer Farm consists
of a Two Story Brick Dwelling 22 by 48 feet;   a one story brick kitchen
attached 22 by 34 feet;   A Frame Porch in front of dwelling 8 by
20 feet all in good order

The out buildings are a Frame Milk house 10 by 10   Frame Meat
house 14 by 14 feet;   Frame Stable 18 by 20 Log Granary 18 by 20 feet;
Log ox stable 18 by 20 feet;   Corn crib 22 by 12 all of which are in
bad order

The garden in the rear of the House is Supposed to contain ¼ of an
acre is substantially enclosed with white pine palings nearly new

             The yard in front of the Dwelling is supposed to contain one
acre newly enclosed with white pine palings on three sides  we
recommend its completion on the west side

An apple orchard containing one hundred and Fifty Trees in thriving
condition           A young peach orchard containing seven hundred
very thriving trees;   The farm by recent survey contains two hundred
and seven acres;   Thirty acres in wood its growth principally white
oak & Hickory wood;   There is twenty acres from which the wood has
been recently cut      We recommend that it he brought into immediate
