11 within the village of Galena is a Stable granary and carriage house fifty six feet long by fourteen feet wide two stories high and in good condition with yard attached These buildings are to be rented with the farm There is a dwelling house in the village now occupied by John Frazier Jr as tenant It is thirty six feet long by twenty seven wide one story high has four rooms on the first floor and three on the second; attached is a log kitchen ninety feet long by Sixteen feet wide and one story high both of which are only in tolerable repair appurtenant to this is a meat house poultry house Stabling &c &c; the meat house is fourteen feet long by twelve wide and in good condition; the poultry house is eleven feet square and also in good condition; the stable and carriage house is sixteen feet square and two stories high; attached is some shedding fourteen by sixteen feet all of which is in bad repair; also one ice house ten by twelve feet in tolerable condition; also one privy in good repair Attached to this dwelling is about one half acre of land for garden and yard purposes; The garden and front yard is enclosed by pailings and is in tolerable repair The farm is in five parts; Four parts containing about fifteen acres each and the fifth containing about Twenty acres of arable hill side and wood and timber for the use of the farm We direct the cultivation as follows the four parts tilled in corn oats or wheat; grass and wheat alternately; the arable part of the fifth division is to be put in small grain and grass; the grass to remain as a permanent pasture The farm with the appurtenances and tenant house herein before described will be rented at the sum of Two hundred and seventy dollars per annum In view of the fixed rent the Estate is to furnish the clover seed for the present year and afterwards the Estate and the tenant is each to furnish one half of the clover seed and plaster The fencing being in very poor condition we consider it right that the present tenant should be compensated for its repair The annual valuation of the House and premises in the village of Galena exclusive of the part to be rented with the farm is fixed at One hundred and twenty five making in all Three hundred and ninety five dollars Two thirds of the said Real Estate only is the property of the said minor children the remaining third belonging to the widow The portion of the minor children is two thirds of Three hundred and ninety five Dollars which is Two hundred sixty three dollars and thirty three and one third cents which where apportioned to |
