111 A Description of Farm No. 2 is as follows: 200 acres of arable land divided into four fields of fifty acres one tilled in corn one in wheat one in oats and one in grass The improvements are a two story frame dwelling 18 by 32 with kitchen attached 16 by 25 one story high all needing repair. The out Buildings except the meat house are in very bad condition and not sufficient for the use of the farm in their present condition.
