A Description of Farm No. 2 is as follows:

       200 acres of arable land divided into four fields of fifty
acres one tilled in corn one in wheat one in oats and one in grass
   
       The improvements are a two story frame dwelling 18 by 32
with kitchen attached 16 by 25 one story high all needing
repair.   The out Buildings except the meat house are in very
bad condition and not sufficient for the use of the farm in
their present condition.  The palings around the garden and
fencing about the house and on the farm generally are in bad
condition

          The rental value of the above described property we have
set at eight hundred dollars all of which is respectfully submitted

                         We having been appointed by your Honorable Body
to Estimate and fix the Annual Rental value of Mary Lucinda
Apsley William Frederick Apsley George Randolph Apsley beg
leave to offer this our report

          The Tract of land contains about thirty five acres and is
divided into five lots; two in peach and apple Trees and about one
hundred and Sixty pear trees not in bearing; one lot in grain one in
grass; one in wood containing about eighteen acres; fencing in fair
repair.  Dwelling House 16 ft by 36 with 2 rooms below 3 above
one portion in good repair the other in bad repair and leaks very
badly.  Out Buildings   Corn House 16 by 14 ft Stable 16 by 14 ft
Meat House 8 by 12 ft Small poultry and dairy all in fair
repair pump of fine water in the yard.  Fencing ground yard
and garden in fair repair.  There are two tenant houses one the
place; one in fair repair one not tenentable: both of them about
16 by 16 ft   one room below and one above.  House and lot not
annexed used as a store 16 by 24 ft one room below and one above
Small wing adjoining 12 by 13 ft both in fair repair.  About one
quarter of an acre of land in lot  The whole property subject to the widow's dower
And we have placed the annual value at Eighty five dollars
