We the undersigned being appointed by the Hon.l Orphans'
Court for Kent County to value the Real Estate of Charles H.
B., Walter M. James A., George W. and Eliza J. Spry, (minors)
do hereby certify that in accordance with the annexed warrant
did enter upon and view the same and return the following
annual rental value thereof

    No 1   A farm in the first Election district on the west side
of the public Road and leading from Galena to Chesterville
Containing about 237 acres of arable land (no wood)  This farm
is laid off in 6 fields containing from 35 to 40 acres each with
a lot of about 5 acres. One field of about 35 acres in peach trees
5 years old   There is on this farm a good dwelling with all
the necessary out buildings with enclosed gardens yards &c
with apple Orchard and altogether including fencing in good
order and repair.  And that one field should be planted in
corn two fields in wheat (one of which would be corn ground)
one to be sown annually in grass and cut for hay and the lot
to be planted in corn in the spring of 1875 and seeded in wheat
in the fall of same year.  And that the annual rental value
of said real Estate is $$66⅔ dollars to each of the above
named minors                                      ($ 66.66⅔)

No. 2  A farm containing about 265 acres of land (no wood)
in the 2.d district of Kent County near Chesterville; divided
into Six fields. One field of about 30 acres in peach trees 4 years
old.  On this farm is a dwelling house with necessary outbuildings
sufficient for the land; with garden and yards enclosed
fencing buildings and premises only in fair or medium order and
repair and that about 80 acres which includes fallow and corn
ground be seeded in wheat this fall and 50 acres be planted in
corn next Spring; and the 15 acres on the ninth side of the
public road leading from Chesterville to Chestertown cut for hay
in 1875. And that one field be seeded annually in grass for
hay and one seeded for pasture.  And that the said described
farm (No. 2) is valued at an annual rent of $56.00 to each of
the within named minors                                       ($56.00)

No. 3.  A Tract of land lying on the south east side of the
public road leading from Galena to Chesterville in the 1s district
adjoining the land of W. T. Miller and others; containing
about 20 acres on which is a small dwelling house (no wood)
(having been recently cut off) this land (except about 2 acres)
