had  Wherefore it is Considered that a Commission Issue to the afd John White as by the petition afd
is praid and that James Martin Edward Rownd Charles Rackliffe and John Purnall of Somerset County
Gent be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission according to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided

John Whites male Taxable Labourers Aaron Timmons Male Taxable Labourers Joseph Timmons Male taxable
Labourers and ursula Greers Male Taxable Labourers are added to brick house Townsend overseer of
the roads to assist in Clearing and Causwaying the roads he is overseer of of &c


    The Severall Constables of the Severall hundreds within the County of Somerset returns to the Court their
Severall Lists of Taxables for this Year according to act of assembly &c


Ballances Transmitted from the Commissary Generall for Somerset County being produced herein Court  It is
Ordered by the Court here that Subpenas Issue against the Severall Executors and administrators to Give
Security according to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided &c


        Ordered that Richard Sturges Overseer of the Roads Clear further than his Usuall Limits vizt
from the old road opposite against Christopher Glasses old plantation to snow hill Town and that
Thomas Slingoes male Taxable Labourers and William Porters be added to the said overseer
toward Clearing and Causwaying of the said road &c


Capt John Henry high Sheriffe of Somerset County produced herein Court his bond past for
his shrewalty with Coll Robert King and Capt Robert Henry his securitys which bond and
Securitys are approved of by the Court & ordered to be sent to his Excellency for his approbation
&a


Lilley a negro Girle of John Gray is adjudged by the Court here to be of the age of ten
Years this term &c


Rose a negro Girle of John White of Buckingham is adjudged by the Court here to the
age of fourteen Years this term &c


Jenney a negro Girle of David Brown is adjudged by the Court here to the age of Twelve Years
this term &c


    Jo a negro Boy of M.r Joshua Caldwell is adjudged by the Court here to the age of ten
    Years this term &c
