of tobacco according to act of assembley in such case made and provided and for as much
as the said John Huttson hath nothing to object that was materiall but was willing to pay
his fine for the same &c    Therefore it is Considered by the Court here that the af.d John
Huttson be fined to his Lordship for and by occasion of the premisses af.d twenty
shillings Curr.t money of maryland &c


Ordered by the Court that Nehemiah Holland recover against James Duffey One hundred and
Twenty pounds of tobacco being due unto him for his wife Bridgett Hollands attendance four days as
An Evidence on behalfe of his Lordship against the said James Duffey she having made oath to
the Same &c


Ordered by the Court that Hutton Hill recover against Adam Bell one hundred and eighty
pounds of tobacco being due unto him for his attendance six days as an evidence on
behalf of ^the said^ Adam Bell against Adam Brafford he having made oath to the same &c


Ordered by the Court that John Riggin Jun.r and Teague Riggin son of John Recover
against Joshua Caldwell ninty pounds of tobacco Each being due unto Each of them
for their attendance three days ^Each^ as Evidences on behalfe of the said Joshua Caldwell
against John Riggin Sen.r they having made Oath to the Same &c


Ordered by the Court that John Riggin Jun.r and Teague Riggen son of John Recover
against John Riggin sen.r ninety pounds of tobacco each being due unto each of them
for their Attendance three day each as an evidence on behalf of the said John Riggin Senr
against Joshua Caldwell they having made oath to the same &c


Ordered by the Court here that Mary Slingo be allowed and have an Order on the Sheriffe
of Somerset County for five pounds Curr.t money of Maryland she produceing herein Court the
first best peice of Linnen according to act of assembly in such Case made and provided &c


Ordered by the Court here that James Strawbridge be allowed and have and order on the
sheriffe of Somerset County for four pounds Curr.t money of maryland he produceing herein
Court the second best peice of Linnen according to act of assembly in such case made and
provided &c
