His Lordship

James Watson

James Mumford and James Watson both of Somerset County planters present here
in Court in their proper persons is ordered to give recognizance for their appearance
before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing
Creek the third Tuesday of August then next to give Evidence on behalfe of his Lordship
against James Duffey &c
                                            Thereupon the said James Mumford and James Watson both
present here in Court as aforesaid acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the
right honrble the Lord Proprietary in the Sum of ten pounds Sterling Each of their goods and
Chattells Lands and tenements seperately to be made and Levied to the use of his said Lordship
his heirs & Successors  If it happen that they the said James Mumford and James Watson do
not make their personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset
to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of August then next following and do not then
and there give Such Evidence as they shall know in behalfe of his Lordship against James
Duffey on Suspicion of Feloney &c and do depart the Same Court without Leave &c

Bridgett Holland
Likewise Bridgett Holland the wife of Nehemiah Holland present here
in Court is ordered by the Same Court to give Security for her appearance
before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at Dividing
Creek the third Tuesday of August then next following to give such Evidence as she shall know
on behalfe of his said Lordship against James Duffey on Suspicion of felony &c

    Thereupon Thomas Peal of Somerset County planter present herein Court in his proper person
undertook for the afd Bridgett Holland and acknowledged himselfe Indebted unto his Lordship ye
Lord proprietary in the sum of tenn pounds Sterling to be Levied on his goods and Chattells Lands
and tennements for the use of his said Lordship the Lord Proprietary his heirs & Successors  If it
happen that the said Bridgett Holland do not make her personall appearance before the Justices
of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of August
then next following and do not then & there give Such Evidence as she shall know on behalfe of his
Lordship against James Duffey on Suspicion of felony &c and do depart the Same Court without
Leave &c


John Huttson late of Somerset County planter Came hereinto Court in his proper person according
to a Certain ^writt of^ attachment against him Issued for his not appearing before the Justices of
his Lordships County Court of Somerset he being legally summoned thereto for not burning
