86 four pence Curr.t money to be paid unto the said George Wilson John Wilson Joseph Wilson Rachell Adams and Samuel Wilson their heirs Ex.rs adm.rs or assignes to the which payment well and truely to be made and done we bind our selves our and either of our heirs Ex.rs and adm.rs for the whole and in the whole Jointly and severally firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and dated this 21.st day of June Anno Dom 1737 The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the Commissary Gen.ll hath transmitted unto this Court the account of the Estate of W.m Wilson dec.d wherein it is found that there is ball due to the abovesaid orphans the sum of twenty four pounds eleven shillings and two pence Curr.t money thereof if the abovesaid Thomas White his heirs Executors or administrators shall and do well and truely pay or Cause to be paid unto the abovesaid orphans the sum of twenty four pounds eleven shillings and two ^pence^ according to act of of assembly and the deceased's will when they shall arrive at full age to receive the same &.c Then the above obligation to be void and of none effect otherwise to remain in full force and virtue &c Sealed and delivered W.m Lane Thomas White (seal) in the presence of John Handy Solomon Long (seal)
by the said Joshua Caldwell against Joseph M.ccClealand on the 30.th day of april 1736 before Mitchell Dashiell one of his Lordships Justices of the peace for Somerset County the s.d five hundred sixty and three pounds of tobacco and five shillings to be Levied of your bodies goods or Chattles Lands or tennaments for the use of the said Joshua Caldwell in case the said Joseph M.ccClealand shall Caldwell the said five hundred sixty and three pounds of tobacco and five shillings so as |
