We whose names are under written being Legally Sumoned and Sworn by the Sheriffe to
Value the goods of Dennis Duskey for the use of M.r Francis Allen as it is above Stated
in the Schedule this 3.d day of may ann Dom 1737 as witness our hands

    Command was given to the Sheriffe of Somerset County that he
should ^take John Barkley Jun.r if he should^ be found in his Bailywick and him should safe keep so
that he might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships
County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of June Anno
Dom One thousand Seven hundred & thirty Seven to Satisfie Ann Draper Executrix of the
testement and Last Will of Alexander Draper Late of the County of Somerset Dec.d of
five hundred & fifty five pounds of tobacco which to the Same Ann Draper in the County
Court of Somerset before the Justices thereof at dividing Creek in the Same County by the
discretion of the same Justices were adjudged for her Costs and Charges which she Sustained
in a Certain plea of trespass upon the Case by the Same John Barkley Jun.r against the Same Ann
in the Same Court Impetrated according to the form of the Statute thereof Lately made and
provided against parties plfts which their Writts in such manner of pleas do not
prosecute or in the Same form Should be precluded whereof the Same John is Convict &.a

    Att which day here Came the said Ann Draper by Robert Jenckins Henry her attorney
and the Sheriffe of the County afd to witt Joseph M.cClester Gent at the Same day returned
here that he had taken the afd John Barkley Jun.r whose body here at this day he had
ready to Satisfie &c as to him it was Commanded    and the said John Barkley by the Sheriffe
afd to the Barr here Led by virtue of the writt afd thereof to him directed and being by the Court here
asked whether he be the same John the Same person which the afd Ann for the Costs afd was Convicted
or not saith that he be    Therefore the Same John Barkley Jun.r is Committed into the Custody of
the Sheriffe afd thereto remain in safe Custody untill the afd Ann of the Costs afd be Contented & Satisfied &c
