and have you there that money and Tobacco before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset
to be held at dividing Creek in the Same County the third Tuesday of June Ann Dom One thousand
Seven hundred and thirty Seven to Satisfie the Same Levin Geo John and Mathias Gales of
their debt and damages afd whereof the Same Stephen is Convict &c

            Att which day here Came the afd Levin Gale, George Gale, John Gale & Mathias Gale In their propersons
and the Sheriff of the County afd to witt Joseph McClester Gent at the same day returned that
by virtue of the writt afd he had made of the goods and Chattells of the within Named Burr Outerbridge
in the hands of the within Named Stephen Horsey One Negro Girle of the Value of thirty five pounds
Curr.t money of Maryland as appears by the appraisment thereof to the writt afd Annexed and that
he had delivered the Same Negro to the within Named Levin, Geo John and Mathias Gales towards satisfying
unto them their debt and damages afd as to him it was Commanded

    A Shedule of the goods of Burr Outerbridge taken by vertue of a firefacias for the use of Levin Gale Esq.r
George, John and Mathias Gales as Followeth vizt  To one Negro Girle of the age of Fourteen Years £35
Curr.tcy of Maryland wee whose Names are under written being Somoned & Sworn by the Sheriffe do value the goods
of Burr Outerbridge as is above mentioned Wittness Our hands this Eighteenth day of May ann Dom 1737

 Command was given to the Sheriffe of Somerset County that of the goods and
Chattells of Dennis Driskill Late of Somerset County planter in his bailywick he
should make One thousand two hundred & fifty Six pounds of tobacco which to
Francis Allen in his Lordships County Court of Somerset before the Justices thereof at dividing Creek
were adjudged for his damages which he had by Occasion of a Certain promise and assumption to the
same Francis by the afd Dennis in the County afd made and not performed and that he ^should^ have that same
tobacco before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held in the Court here at
dividing Creek afd the third Tuesday of June Ann Dom One thousand Seven hundred & thirty Seven
to satisfie the afd Francis of his damages afd whereof the same Dennis is Convict &c

Att which day here Came the afd Francis Allen in his proper person and the Sheriff of the County
afd to witt Joseph MccClester Gent at the Same day returned as followeth that the Execution of
this Writt appears in a Certain Schedule to the same annexed
    A Shedule of the Goods of Dennis Driskell taken by virtue of a firefacias for the use of Mr Fran Allen
