bailywick and him should safe keep so that he might have his body before the
Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held in the Court house at
dividing Creek in the same County the third tuesday of June next to satisfie Richard
Gildart of Liverpool in england as well a Certain debt of twenty two thousand
four hundred and fifty pounds of tobacco which the same Richard in the same
Court before the Justices thereof at dividing Creek af.d recovered against him as of
two hundred and ninety nine pounds of tobacco which to the same Richard in
the same Court were adjudged for his damages which he had by occasion of the detention
of the same debt whereof the same W.m is Convict &c    Att which day here before the
Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset at dividing Creek Came the said
Richard by W.m Goldsborough his attorney and the sheriffe of the County af.d to witt
Joseph M.ccClester Gen.t and at the same day here returned that he had taken the
af.d William Wye whose body hereat this day he had ready to satisfie &c as to him it
was Commanded &c            And the same Sheriffe at the same day altho' Solemnly
Called brings not in the body of the same William Wye according to the return of the writt afd but
makes default &.c

Command was given to the sheriffe of Somerset County that of the goods &
        Chattells which were of Burr Outerbridge Late of Somerset County Mariner
dec.d Otherwise Lately Called Burr Outerbridge of Somerset County in maryland
who died Intestate as tis said at the time of his death in the hands of Stephen
Horsey Late of Somerset County planter administrator of all and Singular the goods and Chattells rights
and Credits which were of the Same Burr in his bailywick he should make as well a Certain Debt of
sixty pounds Curr.t money which Levin Gale Esq.r George Gale John Gale and Mathias Gale Gent in the same
Court before the Justices thereof at dividing Creek recovered against him as also four hundred and fifteen
pounds of tobacco which to the Same Levin Geo John and Mathias Gales in the Same Court were
adjudged for their damages which they had by occasion of the detaining of the same debt to be Levied of
the goods and Chattells which were of the afd Burr at the time of his death in the hands of the Same
Stephen unadministred if so much in his hands he hath and if so much in his hands he hath
not then the damages afd to be Levied of the proper goods and Chattells of the same Stephen
