1737 84 Dividing Creek the third Tuesday of June Ann.o Dom One thousand Seven hundred & thirty Seven to satisfie William Holland W.m Perkins and Tabitha his wife Ex.rs of John Holland of four pounds four Shill Curr.t money of Maryland and EIght hundred and Seventy One pounds of tobacco which to the same William Holland William Perkins and Tabitha his wife in his Lordships County Court of Somerset before the Justices thereof at dividing Creek afd were adjudged for their damages which they had by occasion of a Certain promise and assumption to the same John in his Life time made and not performed whereof he is Convicted &c Att which day here before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset at dividing Creek Came the Sheriffe of the County afd to witt Joseph McClester Gent and at the same day here returned that he had taken the afd Thomas Adams whose body here at this day he had ready to satisfie &c as to him it was Commanded
if he should be found in his bailywick and him should safe keep so that he might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held in the Court house at dividing Creek in the same County the third tuesday of June Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and thirty seven to satisfie Thomas Fletcher of all hallows parish in the County af.d Cler as well a Certain debt of one hundred pounds sterling money of great brittain which the same Thomas in the same Court before the Justices thereof at dividing Creek af.d recovered against him as of fo two hundred and ninety nine pounds of tobacco which to the same Thomas in the same Court were adjudged for his damages which he had by occasion of the detention of the same debt whereof the same Thomas is Convict &c Att which day here before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset at dividing Creek Came ^the said Thomas Fletcher by Will.m Beckingham his attorney &^ the sheriffe of the County af.d to witt Joseph M.ccClester Gen.t and at the same day here returned that he had taken the af.d Thomas Lambden whose body hereat this day he had ready to satisfie &.c as to him it was Commanded
